You will receive a registration confirmation email from them, confirming your login id and password.
You need to login into it and select your Telemarketer, by entering our Telemarketer id(1002977523505784218), available on Videocon as Cozy Vision Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Login to Videocon (https://smartping.live/entity/login) with your credentials received in email
- Navigate to “Telemarketer Request”
- Enter SMS Alert Telemarketer id(1002977523505784218) and click on View Details
- Submit your request
