SMS Alert Opencart 3 plugin supports Shipment / Courier details Tracker plugin to send tracking information to Customers.
To send Tracking details
- To set tracking information template go to SMS Alert>> Customer Notifications>> Os Tracking Info.
- Edit this template to set tracking provider, tracking number, tracking link and expected delivery date token.
- To send tracking information go to Sale >> Orders >> View Order.
- When you save the tracking information then message will be triggered automatically.
- You can send it manually by using Send SMS button
