1. How to install SMS Alert Extensions from Marketplace?

  • Go to Zoho Marketplace through the link
  • Now click on install button, when extension installed successfully then click on installed tabs.
  • Now click on SMS Alert configure link.
  • Now click on right-side pencil icon near extension settings, a pop-up appear enter SMS Alert username and password then click on save button.

Set Up Page:

  • Now click on three dotted (…) on top menu, click on SMS Alert Setup
    Here you can edit your username or password of smsalert account. You can see your remaining credit balance and senderid.

Send SMS / Create Template:

  • Go to List of leads Page. click on Send Sms tabs which shows top of page.
  • After click, a SMS Alert pop-up box appear, select SenderId from drop down, Add recipients single or more. If you have pre defined template then select from drop down or create new one. If you do not want  to create template then simply enter sms content into message textarea box, and clicked on Send button.
  • You will also see the status of the message as shown below.
