Customer Notifications
- Go to SMS Alert >> Configurations
- Navigate to Customer Notifications
- Edit desired Event on which you wish to send SMS to customer
- Modify the SMS Content as desired, use variable tokens as required, by clicking on it
- Ensure to enable customer notification
- Click on Save Config
Admin Notifications
- Go to SMS Alert >> Configurations
- Then Navigate to Admin Notifications
- Add your number in “Admin Mobile” field, you can add multiple numbers here
- Edit desired Event on which you wish to send SMS to admin
- Modify the SMS Content as desired, use variable tokens as required, by clicking on it
- Ensure to enable admin notifications
- Click on Save Config
