WS Forms is a easy form builder plugin of wordpress. We have tried to make easier to send sms to users through WS Forms by following easy steps.
Customer Notification
- Install the SMS Alert plugin.
- Create your ws form with phone number & save your form.
- Navigate to SMS Alert Settings.
- Click on WS Form tab.
- Navigate to customer notification
- Enable customer message & enter SMS content in the customer template , You can use form variables as required.
- Select the field that contains the user’s mobile number and enable mobile verification.
- Click on Save changes button
Admin Notification
- Navigate to SMS Alert Settings.
- Click on WS Form tab.
- Navigate to Admin Notification
- Enter SMS content in Admin Template, use form variables as required
- Enter admin mobile number to receive SMS Alert (under General setting tab).
- Click on Save changes button.
OTP Verification
- Navigate to SMS Alert Settings.
- Click on WS Form tab.
- Navigate to customer notification.
- Select field containing customer mobile number, and enable mobile verification
- Click on save changes button.
