Configuration
- Go to WP Forms
- Create your form in WP Forms
- Create a field for phone number.
- Then Go to Settings >> SMS Alert.
- Enter admin number in “Send Admin sms to” field
- Select phone field from smart tags for customer number.
- Then click on save button.
FAQ’s
How to set Format of phone field in WP Form Pro?
1. Create your form in wpform.
2. Select phone field. (option available only in WP Form Pro).
3. Go to field option of phone field and select international in field format.
Note:- For WP Form Pro users it is mandatory to select international format in phone field option.
4. Select phone field from smart tags for customer number.
5. Then click on save button.
