Steps to create popup of ContactForm7 with OTP Verification

  • Edit your Contact Form7 in which you want to integrate OTP feature.
  • Insert a ‘SMS Alert Phone’ field.
  • Enable “Use this field to send OTP”.
  • Save changes and copy the created contact form shortcode.
  • Navigate to Popup Builder >> Add New.
  • Under ‘Add New Popup’ click on ‘HTML’.
  • Paste the shortcode of the created contact form here.
  • Select the Display Rules as per your needs.
  • You can also paste the popup shortcode wherever you wish to display the popup.
